The Outer Worlds 2: How to Get the Thunder Struck Melee Weapon

If you’re looking for a powerful early-game melee weapon in The Outer Worlds 2, the Thunder Struck is one of the best choices you can find. This electrifying weapon not only looks awesome but also packs a punch with its unique energy-based attacks. Here’s a complete guide on where to find it and how to claim Thunder Struck in Melee Weapon.

Where to Find the Thunder Struck

The Thunder Struck Melee Weapon can be found on the roof of the Sky Cutter building, located in the northwestern part of Paradise Island. This area is heavily guarded. Follow the steps below to reach the roof and collect the weapon.

Step 1: Enter the Sky Cutter

Head inside the Sky Cutter building, and go down the stairs on your left. You’ll see a locked doorway midway up the stairs. Go down, and you’ll find a body near the workbench.

Search it to get the Sky Cutter Entrance Key. After you pick up the key, go back to the door and use it to open it.

Step 2: Climb to the Top Floor

Jump through the broken glass window to enter the next hall. Go to the far right end and head up through the building. Continue to go to reach Floor 6.

Keep moving upward by climbing the ladders, going up the stairs, and jumping across the boxes and hanging platforms until you finally reach the top floor.

Step 3: Find the Lift Override Key

When you get to Floor 6, look for a lift in the center and a terminal on the left side. To make the lift work, you’ll need the Sky Cutter Lift Override Key. Check the corpse to your right of the lift and loot it to get the key.

Once you have it, use the terminal to call the lift. While you wait, a few waves of enemies will attack. After defeating all the enemies, hop on the lift and ride it to the top floor.

Step 4: Get the Thunder Struck

When you step out onto the roof, you’ll notice the Thunder Struck weapon stuck in an electrified fence. Look around and find a corpse nearby and loot it to collect the Control Panel Schematics.

Now, go to the control device located at the far right end of the roof and activate it. Doing this will turn off the electricity. Now you can pick up the Thunder Struck weapon safely.
