Starting Location
You can start this quest during the main mission, The Saboteur of Paradise. While exploring de Vries’ house in Fairfield. Press the button near the toilet seat to open a secret room. Inside, you will find a secret terminal and read the message titled “TO: A. de Vries, RE: Farewell”. Doing so will automatically add the quest to your journal.
Confront Savannah at the Order of the Ascendant Chapel
After starting the task, travel to the Order of the Ascendant Chapel, located northeast of Fairfield. The path to the Chapel is pretty straight. Refer to the map below.
Inside the chapel, head to the back to find Savannah Lockwood. Talk to her and ask about de Vries’ time in Fairfield and her involvement with the Vox Relay.
