Where to Find the Ghostbind Quest
To start, go to the southeast side of Kiang City. As you walk through a narrow alley, a side quest message will pop up. Keep moving forward, and an NPC will suddenly throw a rock at you from a window, which begins the quest and a short scene.
Talk to the NPC in the Window
After the rock hits, simply speak with the NPC leaning out of the window. He’ll ask you to confront three troublemakers standing on the other side of the building.
Confront the Three NPCs
Head over to the three people he mentioned. Once you get close, press R2 (or your matching key) to automatically use Ghost Bind for this quest. This triggers a special scripted move where Ghost Bind petrifies all three NPCs.
Watch the Short Cutscene
A brief cutscene will play where your character also gets stunned, and the quest ends shortly afterward. Completing this mini quest rewards you with the Ghost Bind mystic skill.
