Antiques in the game are collectible items scattered across most regions, and each area has its own set listed in the Journal. These Antiques are usually environmental objects left out in the open, such as old letters, pieces of armor, ornate fans, handkerchiefs, or other historically flavored items. Many of them function as equippable gear.
The Stillshore region contains two unique Antiques, both tied closely to the Everare Clinic and a short story progression requirement.
Antique #1: Warding Chest (Armor)
The first Antique for Stillshore is the Warding Chest, a piece of armor found inside the Everare Clinic. To obtain it, head to the bottom floor of the Everare Clinic and open the chest located there to receive the Warding Chest.

Note: If the item in the chest doesn’t show the Antique in your Journal, it means you need to progress the main story slightly further. Once that condition is met, the Antique will properly unlock.

Antique #2: Water Lady Crown
The second Antique is called the Water Lady Crown, which is also located at Everare Clinic. To get the Water Lady Crown, go to the upper floor of the Everare Clinic. You will see a chest right in front of the ladder. Open it to collect the crown.
Note: If you cannot reach the second floor yet, it just means you need to continue the main story a little more until the area becomes accessible.

After you collect the item, go behind the clinic and climb down the well. This will take you into the Stillshore Dungeon. Walk through the hallways and drop to the lower level until you reach a room with a chest on the right side. In the right-hand corner of the room, there is a scroll on a shelf. Read the scroll to officially register the Antique.
