The six Jizo statues at Lake Sanaru are hidden inside an underground cave. Start by fast traveling to the Lake Sanaru Westside point shown on the map.
From the shrine, face southeast and begin moving along the main path. You will soon see a stone staircase. Climb these stairs and continue forward. Stay on the path as it leads you toward a ruined building.
Go inside. Move carefully and look at the floor. You will notice a damaged section where the ground has collapsed. Drop down through the opening. This will take you into a dark cave below.
Once inside the cave, follow the narrow tunnel. Continue through the cave passage, and it will lead you straight to the Six Jizo statue.
