Where to look for the Medicine in Nioh 3
Fast travel to the Imperial Palace fast travel point in the Kyoto Imperial Palace area. After reaching the area, face south and begin moving along the main road. Continue straight until you see a left turn. Near this turn, you will notice a cannon placed close to a set of stone stairs.
Walk down the stone stairs. Once you reach the lower level, stay on the main path and move forward. The route is mostly straight. Keep going until you see a right turn ahead.
Turn right and follow the short passage. You will soon find another staircase. Climb these stairs to reach the upper section. At the top, you will enter a building compound area with a large structure directly ahead.
Move to the right side of the building, and as you circle the structure, you will find an open entry point.
Step inside and look carefully at the floor. You will see a corpse lying inside the building. Approach it and interact to collect the medicine.
