If you are stuck trying to open the safe in the Examination Room area of Resident Evil Requiem, you are not alone. This guide will walk you through the exact Examination Room safe combination and show you where to find the clue needed to unlock it.
Where to Find the Safe Code
The safe is located in the Examination Room in the East Wing. To find the safe combination, start in the Examination Room where the safe is located. From there, walk north toward the Treatment Room and enter the hallway.
After clearing the hallway, follow the path that leads south. Keep going south, and you will see a staircase.
Go up the stairs and then through the corridor. At the very end, you will find the Level 1 Security Clearance ID Bracelet. Once you defeat a bigger enemy in the corridor, turn right to enter the locker room.
At the back of the room, look for overturned lockers. You will find a note placed there containing the code of the safe in the examination code.
Examination Room Safe Combination
- Rotate the dial to 30 by turning it to the right (clockwise).
- Turn the dial to 10 by rotating left (counterclockwise).
- Rotate the dial to 50 by turning right (clockwise).
If entered correctly, the safe will unlock. Inside the safe, you will find three Ancient Coins.
