If you want every useful item in Resident Evil Requiem, you will need to open a lot of safes. In this guide, you will find every safe code in the game. We will show you where each safe is located, how to find its combination, and what reward you get inside.
Examination Room safe code
The safe is located in the Examination Room in the East Wing. To find the safe combination, start in the Examination Room where the safe is located. From there, walk north toward the Treatment Room and enter the hallway.
After clearing the hallway, follow the path that leads south. Keep going south, and you will see a staircase. Go up the stairs and then through the corridor. At the very end, you will find the Level 1 Security Clearance ID Bracelet. Once you defeat a bigger enemy in the corridor, turn right to enter the locker room.
At the back of the room, look for overturned lockers. You will find a note placed there containing the code of the safe in the examination code.
Examination Room Safe Combination
- Rotate the dial to 30 by turning it to the right (clockwise).
- Turn the dial to 10 by rotating left (counterclockwise).
- Rotate the dial to 50 by turning right (clockwise).
If entered correctly, the safe will unlock. Inside the safe, you will find three Ancient Coins.
Bar & Lounge safe code
The Bar and Lounge safe is located behind the counter on the northwest side of the room in F1 level.
You can find the Bar & Lounge safe code on the second floor of the building. Head up the stairs located across from the Custodian’s Office to reach the second floor and enter the office. Inside, look at the desk to find a document with the safe code.
Safe combination on Casual difficulty: Left 10: Right 80: Left 30.
Safe combination on Insanity difficulty: Right 20: Left 50: Right 30.
Basement safe code
You can only open the Basement safe while playing as Grace.
The Basement safe code changes based on the difficulty level.
Casual and Standard difficulty:
Turn the dial right to 60, turn left to 40 & Turn right to 80
Insanity difficulty:
Turn the dial left to 70, turn right to 50 & Turn left to 20
After entering the correct code, the safe will open, and you will receive 10 handgun ammo and the Raccoon Roundup Map for Rhodes Hill.
Sterilization Chamber safe code
In Resident Evil Requiem, the Sterilization Chamber is one of the first major rooms you explore while playing as Grace inside the Ark facility. As you search the room, you will notice a locked safe placed in the northeast corner.
The good news is that you can open the safe right away if you already know the code. You do not have to find the document first.
What is the Sterilization Chamber safe code in Resident Evil Requiem?
But if you prefer to locate the clue naturally, here is where to look. From the Sterilization Chamber, head south and go through the door that leads into the Lobby. Once inside the Lobby, turn west and look for the staircase going down.
Take the stairs to the lower level. At the bottom, just before entering Bioweapon Repository 05, you will see an open storage container. Check inside that container. The document with the safe code is placed there.
After noting the code, return to the Sterilization Chamber safe. To unlock it, enter the combination in this order:
- Turn the dial right to 10
- Turn it left to 90
- Then turn it right to 20
Inside, you will receive: 1 Molotov Cocktail, 1 Med Injector & 15 Handgun Ammo
Monitor Control Room safe code
You will reach the Monitor Control Room soon after opening the Lab Entrance door. Once that door is unlocked, step inside and move forward into the main Lobby area. From the Lobby, go west and look left to find the door of the Monitor Control Room.
Monitor Control Room Safe Code Location
To get the code for the Monitor Control Room safe, step out of the room and turn to your left. Follow that hallway straight ahead. Soon, you will enter a small lounge area with a sofa. Walk past the sofa to see a staircase going down. Go down the stairs carefully to reach a Bioweapon Repository 05.
In the room, you will see multiple rows of storage containers. Check the open container on the right side of the middle row to find a document containing the safe code.
To unlock the Monitor Control Room safe in Resident Evil Requiem, enter the combination in this exact order:
- Turn the dial left to 50
- Turn it right to 60
- Then turn it left to 80
Inside, you will receive: 1 Bottle of Acid, 1 Empty Bottle & 1 Med Injector
