The Steel Mountains Mysterious Energy Bell puzzle is a simple but unique musical challenge located in the southern part of the map. Unlike other puzzles, this one requires you to play a sequence using bells to unlock the reward.
Where to Find the Puzzle
You can find this puzzle in the Steel Mountains, marked as a mysterious energy location. When you arrive, you will see several bells, each with a different symbol above it. Nearby, there is a clue that shows the order in which the bells need to be played.
How to Start the Puzzle
Before you can interact with the bells, you first need to pick up the mallet from the pedestal near the bell. Open your inventory wheel and equip the mallet. Once it is equipped, use your aim button just like players use a lantern to target and strike the bells.
Bell Sequence Solution
The puzzle is based on playing the bells in the correct order. Follow this sequence carefully to complete the puzzle.
To solve the puzzle, start from the top row and hit bells 1, 2, 3, and 4 from left to right. Then move to the bottom row and hit 5 and 6. After that, continue with the top row on the right side by hitting 7, 8, 9, and 10. Also, the correct solution image is attached below.
The Bell Ringing Sequence
- Bell 1: Top row, far left.
- Bell 2: Top row, second from the left.
- Bell 3: Top row, third from the left.
- Bell 4: Top row, far right.
- Bell 5: Bottom row, far left.
- Bell 6: Bottom row, second from the left.
- Bell 7: Top row, far right (Repeat of position 4).
- Bell 8: Top row, third from the left (Repeat of position 3).
- Bell 9: Top row, second from the left (Repeat of position 2).
- Bell 10: Top row, far left (Repeat of position 1).
This creates a rising and then descending melody. If done correctly, the full tune will play. Once you hit all the bells in the correct order, the melody will play successfully.
