What the Second Wind Necklace Does
The Second Wind necklace is very helpful for staying alive. When your health drops to about 20%, it automatically heals you back to full. But it doesn’t work all the time. After it heals you, it goes on cooldown, and you can see a timer above your health showing when it will be ready again.
Where to Find the Necklace
The necklace is located inside a house close to a fast travel point. Start from the fast travel point, head east around, and walk through the archway into a small area with houses.
Take the stairs on the right and go inside the house at the top. Refer to the building marked on the map.
Once inside, head downstairs and look for a bookshelf. This bookshelf is actually a hidden door, so walk straight into the middle of it to make it rotate and open a secret room.
Inside, you’ll find a musical strongbox that contains the necklace.

To open the strongbox, you need to enter the correct key sequence. The puzzle has two rows, and you must press the keys in the right order to play the correct music sequence.
