Go to Rustleaf Farm
As the quest starts, head to the location marked on the map.
Infiltrate Azerian Manor
The manor is located a couple of hundred meters to the north-east. To infiltrate Azerian Manor, approach from the northern side of the manor. Make your way around to the back wall, where you will find a window you can climb through. Guards are posted at all the main doors, so avoid them and stick to the back.
Before you climb, make sure the guard nearby is not looking in your direction. Once it is clear, climb up to the window and open it up. Enter the top floor of the Manor.
Find the Secret Location at the Manor without getting caught by the guard
Once inside the top floor. Turn left, and you will spot a painting on the wall that is actually fake. Walk straight into it to rotate the wall and enter a secret room.
Investigate the secret location in the manor
Head to the bedside table and pick up the investigation report.
Escape from the manor
After grabbing the report, it is time to escape the manor. Before you leave, take some time to explore the manor a little more, as there are other valuable items you can pick up along the way. Once you are done, head back out through the same window you used to get in.
