In this guide, we’ll show you Ulmar’s exact location so you can quickly continue the quest and get the thirsty farmers the supplies they need.
Where to find Ulmar in the Thirsty Farmers quest
Ulmar can be found in the southern section of the New Camp, near the rice fields where the peasants are working on field. The game provides very little guidance on his exact location, and because he isn’t standing out in the open like most NPCs, many players walk right past him without realizing it. Fortunately, once you know where to look, finding him is quite simple.
Step 1: Head to the Rice Fields
Travel to the southern end of the New Camp and follow the main path leading toward the rice field work area. As you approach, keep an eye out for a tall wooden watchtower with an NPC standing inside it. This landmark confirms that you’re heading in the right direction.
Step 2: Look for the Outhouse
Once you’ve reached the tower, turn your attention to the right side of the rice fields. Across from the workers’ area, you’ll spot a small wooden outhouse tucked away near the edge of the field.
Step 3: Speak with Ulmar
Head over to the outhouse and step inside. You’ll find Ulmar sitting inside the small structure. Talk to him, and he’ll provide the water needed to progress the Thirsty Farmers quest.
