Head to the northeastern beach of Île à Vache. You’ll find a skeleton lying near the shoreline. Loot it to obtain the Jiguey Treasure Map.

Travel to Jiguey Smuggler’s Cove and make your way into the cave. Continue through the cave until you reach the section occupied by pirate enemies. Swim through the water and emerge onto the beach inside the cave.
On this beach, you’ll notice a Brute enemy guarding the area. Ignore or defeat him, then head to the right side of the beach. The buried treasure is located between two palm trees in the sand. Use the treasure map to reveal the exact digging spot and interact with it to claim your reward.
