Shells play an important role in Mortal Shell 2, allowing you to take on different characters, each with their own abilities, stats, and passive effects. Finding the right Shell early can make a big difference, especially while you’re still exploring the starting areas. Fortunately, the Tiel Shell is located relatively close to the starting area. In this guide, we’ll show you how to get the Tiel Shell in Mortal Shell 2.
To find the Tiel Shell, start by traveling to the Widow’s Overlook Beacon. From the Beacon, head southeast and follow the main path downhill.
As you make your way down, you’ll encounter several enemies. You don’t need to fight them, so simply run past them and continue following the path.
Soon you will reach an area with trees. On the left side, you’ll notice a wooden fenced-off area with a doorway.
Enter through the doorway and immediately look to your left. You will find a corpse lying inside a grave. Approach the corpse and interact with it to obtain the Tiel Shell. Doing this will also trigger a short memory sequence.
During the memory, move toward the house and enter through the window on the left. Once inside, simply let the memory sequence play out until it finishes.
After the memory ends, you will be able to switch to Tiel and use the Shell immediately.
