Finding and cleansing the Gate of Infinity Beacon in Mortal Shell 2 can be a little confusing, especially because the path to it is hidden behind a bookshelf puzzle. In this guide, we’ll show you where to find the Gate of Infinity Beacon, how to reveal the hidden passage, where to find Grimorium, and how to use it to unlock the final area and cleanse the beacon.

Continue forward until you come across an elevator. Use the elevator to travel down to the lower floor. Then exit the elevator and continue moving forward. The path will eventually lead you into a hallway lined with bookshelves.
Continue through the bookshelf-lined hallway until you reach what appears to be a dead end. Now, inspect the bookshelves around you. Look for an interaction prompt pointing toward one of the books. Interact with the book to reveal a hidden passage in the bookshelf.
Go through the newly revealed passage and follow the path down the stairs. At the bottom of the stairs, turn toward the right side and continue forward. As you move through the next section, you’ll eventually reach another large room filled with bookshelves.
Here, you’ll find a pedestal surrounded by bookshelves. Interact with the pedestal. You’ll be prompted to place a specific book called Grimorium into it. However, you won’t have the book yet, so you’ll need to find it before you can proceed.
Follow the path just in front of the pedestal to reach a wind current. Use the wind current to launch yourself up toward the top of the bookshelf area. Use it to reach the upper level.
Carefully make your way to the right side of the shelves. You’ll find the book Grimorium surrounded by candles.
Interact with the book to pick it up. Once you have the Grimorium, return to the pedestal and place it into the pedestal. This will activate the mechanism and open a hidden door.
Go inside and defeat the enemy. Once the area is safe, approach the beacon and interact with it to cleanse it.
