To unlock the Citadel Main Gate, you first need to obtain the Citadel Main Lever. The Citadel Main Lever is dropped by the Bloodcursed Lithopod, a boss located near the Ravaged Hideout dungeon. Follow the route below to reach the boss and collect the lever.
Start at the Citadel Main Gate and turn around. Head toward the left side and follow the path until you reach a slope leading downward.
Continue down the slope and enter the small cave. Make your way through the cave and look for the exit on the left side, near a brazier.
Once you exit the cave, continue forward and then head toward the right side. Follow the path until you find a ledge where you can drop down.
After dropping down, turn left and continue along the downward slope. Keep following this path until you reach a bridge.
Cross the bridge and continue onward along the slope. The path will eventually lead you into an area with water.
Once you reach the water, check the left side of the area. You will find the Bloodcursed Lithopod waiting there.
After defeating it, the boss will drop the Citadel Main Lever. Pick up the lever, and you can use it to unlock the Citadel Main Gate, allowing you to continue your journey through the area.
