Once you reach an open area with a big statue, go right and climb up the ledge to reach a small camp. You’ll find a chest in the area, just near a wooden barrel.

In the same area, drop down to the wooden ledge, then jump down to the next ledge. Immediately turn around and climb down the ladder to find the Artefact on the floor.
