In “Live Bait” quest, Coen and his siblings head to the river to prepare for fishing. This guide will show you where to find all the fishing rods and how to set them up so you can continue the quest in The Blood of Dawnwalker.
Look For the Fishing Rods Using Focus Mode
When you reach the river, Yanna will tell you that your father hid the fishing rods somewhere in the nearby bushes. She will ask you to find them. Use Focus Mode to search the area and reveal the hidden quest item. The fishing rods are under a bush nearby. Once you spot them, go over to the bush and pick up the fishing rods.
Set Up the Fishing Rods by the River
To set up the fishing rods, walk along the edge of the river and look for four piles of rocks and mud. Approach each one and interact with it to place a fishing rod.
Bait the Hooks With Worms
After setting up all four fishing rods, interact with the rods to choose “Set up Bait.” This will start a cutscene where Coen shows his siblings how to bait the hooks with worms.
