In the Smoke and Ashes quest in The Blood of Dawnwalker, you need to search your family home for clues and uncover what happened there. This guide will walk you through the Search Your Family Home objective and show you where to go and what to inspect to progress the quest.
How to Search Your Family Home in The Blood of Dawnwalker
To find Coen’s family’s whereabouts, you’ll need to search for clues around his home. First, inspect the charred Brenic’s Men on the left side of the house.
Next, inspect the broken door as you enter the hut.
Go to the storage room on the right side and inspect the blood on the floor.
Next, head to the living room on the left, across from the storage room. Pick up the doll from the floor, then inspect the overturned table nearby.
Also inspect the torn cloth on the windows.
Now, exit the hut from the other door to reach the backyard. Inspect the footprints nearby.
Lastly, go through the door on the left to enter Coen’s bedroom and check his bed. After you find all the clues, go outside and meet Anca to continue the quest.
