Silent Hill Townfall – How to Open the Transfusion Door

The Transfusion Door puzzle is one of the puzzles you need to solve in Silent Hill: Townfall during Part 3: Chapter 8: Many Into One. To open the door, you must solve the blood transfusion puzzle by finding the missing blood bags and placing them in the correct slots. In this guide, we’ll show you how to open the Transfusion Door, where to place the missing blood bags, and how to solve the blood type puzzle.

How to solve the blood transfusion door puzzle in Silent Hill: Townfall

The first part of the Transfusion Door puzzle requires you to put the right blood bags in the matching patient slots. To do this, open your inventory and hover over each blood bag so you can see the name on it. Next, look at the three transfusion slots and check the patient names next to them. Match and put each blood bag in the slot with the matching name.

  1. Sarah Watson’s blood bag is on the left wall, in the 2nd slot from the left.
  2. Matthew Clark’s blood bag is on the left wall, in the 3rd slot from the left.
  3. George McEwan’s blood bag is on the right wall, in the 2nd slot from the left.

Once all three blood bags are placed correctly, the machine will turn on. Interact with the panel near the door to open the Transfusion Door and go inside.

After going through the first door, you’ll find another blood transfusion puzzle. In the middle of the puzzle is a circle with the name Ordell inside it. Ordell means Simon Ordell. Your goal is to connect Simon’s name to three of the eight blood bags around the puzzle.

Open your inventory and check Simon Ordell’s medical wristband to find the correct connections. The wristband reveals that Simon’s blood type is A+, which you need to solve the transfusion puzzle.

Next, look at the blood-type plaques on the left and right of the puzzle. These plaques show which blood types can be connected for a transfusion.

Now, check the blood bags in the previous room and examine the name and blood type shown on each one. Among the available blood bags, Thomas Fergusson, Hannah McGregor, and Sarah Watson have blood types that are compatible with Simon’s A+ blood type.

To solve the puzzle, connect the name Ordell in the middle of the circle to the initials T.F., H.M., and S.W. Once all three connections are made correctly, interact with the innermost circle to finish the blood transfusion puzzle.
