In Part 4: Chapter 11: Inside CEG HQ in Silent Hill Townfall, you’ll need to explore the CEG HQ and find a way through the restricted areas to reach the 10th floor. This article will guide you on how to reach the 10th Floor in CEG HQ, including the route to follow and any important steps you need to complete along the way.
After entering CEG Headquarters, Simon needs to reach the 10th floor. However, the elevator is locked and requires a CEG access card. To get the card, you need to explore the building and get the access card.
First, go behind the reception desk. You’ll find the ground floor layout there. Pick it up and check it before moving on.
Next, head to the Maintenance Room. Check the waste bins to find the first half of the Case Codes Grid.
While you are inside the Maintenance Room, look at the whiteboard. You’ll notice a pattern made up of dots and lines, along with the number 4. The number 4 tells you where to start. Follow the same pattern on the keypad and press the numbers in the matching order.
Once you have the code, head to the Security Room. Enter 4895 on the keypad to unlock the door.
Inside the Security Room, search the waste bins again. You’ll find the remaining halves of the Case Codes Grid.
Once you have both pieces of the case code, combine them in your inventory. This gives you the complete Case Codes Grid.
Next, head to the Conference Room. Look for the paper on the lecture desk and interact with it. Read the document carefully. It tells you that Richard is number 36.
This means his box is located in the third row from the stage and the third box from the right. Use the Case Codes Grid you collected earlier to find the code for Richard’s box. The correct code is 486.
Go to Richard’s box and unlock it to find Richard’s employee file.
Return to the computer in the Security Room. Use Richard’s employee information to print the required CEG access card. When asked for Richard’s employee ID, enter 00007820518.
The computer will then print the Level 10 Access Card.
Take the card and head back to the elevator. Use the Level 10 access card on the elevator to unlock it. Select the 10th floor and ride the elevator up.
