The Sun’s Song is optional in Zelda: Ocarina of Time, but it is very useful. It lets you switch between day and night, depending on what time it is in the game. The song can also put some enemies and monsters to sleep, so you can skip a fight when you do not want one. This article will help you learn how to get the Sun’s Song in Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Requirements
Make sure you have Zelda’s Lullaby Song. You’ll learn this song after meeting Princess Zelda for the first time. This is part of the main story, so you’ll unlock it naturally as you progress through the game.
Open the Royal Family’s Tomb.
To get the Sun’s Song, head to the Kakariko Village Graveyard, located in the southeastern part of the village. Make your way to the Royal Family’s Tomb at the back of the graveyard.

Stand on the Triforce symbol on the ground between the two graves, directly in front of the tomb. Then, take out your Ocarina and play Zelda’s Lullaby. This will open the tomb and reveal a small dungeon inside.

Once inside, use your Slingshot to defeat the four Keese on the walls. Two are in front of you, while the other two are on your left and right. Defeating them will open the door to the next room.

The next room has toxic water pools and several ReDeads. Carefully make your way through the room without disturbing the enemies, and head straight for the door on the opposite side.

In the final room, read the poem on the stone plaque. Navi will point out the music notes carved at the bottom. Play the notes on your Ocarina to learn the Sun’s Song permanently.
