Clear the quickmyst
As the haunting case begins, head to the left until you reach a fog-covered region. Switch to Antea, who is unaffected by the fog, and continue your journey until you come upon odd-looking stalagmites. Destroy it to remove the quickmyst.
You will encounter the Ghost of Lisabeth, who will warn you to stay away from his sister Mary-Clare.
Search for clues
Interact with the note on the wooden log.
At this point you will realise the ghost is trying to guide you also. Follow the spirit (Wisp) and interact with a bucket near the ledge.
Perform the Harkening Ritual to experience Mary-Clare’s last moments.
Follow the wisp
Jump over the river and follow the wisp. Interact with the note beneath the tree.
Following that, the wisp will lead you to a ledge that cannot be climbed.
To reach the ground above, squeeze through the narrow gap on the left, climb up the ledge wall then head to the right and cross the wooden log.
Interact with the note on the ground and continue following the wisp.
Inspect the note in the basket near the river.
Cross the river and inspect the Medallion near the shore.
Upon reaching this point, the ghost of Lisabeth will appear again. Speak with her, and subsequently, examine the note lying on the ground.
Follow the spectral stains
Switch to Antea and start following the spectral stains.
Go down the cliff with the rope and follow the spectral stains to find a stalagmites.
Clear the quickmyst
Destroy the stalagmites to remove the quickmyst.
Investigate the vicinity of O’haras’ house
Ghost of Lisabeth will appear again and ask you to leave them alone. Proceed to the left, where two huts stand. First, engage with the door (closed door) of the left hut.
Afterwards, move to the rear side of the house and interact with the drying cloth.
Then, examine the shoes located near the door of the hut.
Finally, make your way to the hut on the right side and interact with the utensils near the fence.
Investigate the workshop
After the danger has passed, return to the left house and proceed to enter inside. Interact with the letter on the table.
To conclude the quest case, exit the house and make your way to the third house situated at the higher ground. Speak with Moira and Lisabeth.
