This guide shows the complete walkthrough of the A Price to Pay side quest in the Diablo 4 game, released on 6th June 2023. The quest starts automatically after you have completed The Heretic Side Quest.
Speak with Vera
Speak with Vera in Zarbinzet town at the location shown in the pictures below.
Find the source of the hushed voice
After talking to Vera, go out of the house and talk to Suzana outside the house as shown in the picture below. Then follow her and speak to her again when she stops.
Search homes for the book of folk remedies
Go to the house shown in the pictures below and read the Wejinhani Dispensatory book.
Speak with Aneta and Collect Spider Venom
Go to the location shown in the picture below and talk to Aneta outside the Blind Burrows dungeon. Then go inside the dungeon and slay the spiders inside to get 8 Spider Venom. Return to Aneta and pour the venom into the pot outside the dungeon. Speak with Aneta and then speak with Gulyas at the same place. This will complete the quest.
