This article will guide you on how to solve all Windy Device Shrine Puzzles in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. The Windy Device Shrine/Ishodag Shrine is located on top of a rocky hill due west of Hyrule Castle Town Ruins in Central Hyrule.
Puzzles within the Ishodag Shrine are about building a using fan and using it to build a platform to cross the shrine. As you enter the first room, you will find a fan on the left side. Use ultrahand ability to move the fan near the wall with the grate part facing up.
Activate the fan to generate an updraft, and utilize your paraglider to reach the next area.
In the next area, use a wooden platform and a fan to build a makeshift fan. Use Ultrahand to move the boat into the water and ride it to the next area.
Treasure Chest
You will find a chest right side of the last area. Use Ultrahand to lift one of the fans and position it at the rear of the chest (vertical platform) with the grate facing the opposing wall.
Activate the fan to shift both the platform and the chest horizontally, directly above Link. Next, use Ultrahand to move the other fan beside the platform and use it to reach the top and the chest.
Utilize the Ultrahand device to position two fans beneath the elevator, ensuring that their grates face downwards. Board the lift and activate one of the fans to propel yourself to the top.
