The gear chest may be found in Abandoned Caravanserai. You must use an explosive vase to blow up the rear wall.
Enter through the main door. Move the moveable shelf on the right side of the yard to the left.
Pick up the explosive red vase, scale the moveable shelf, leap to the rope, and walk up to the balcony.
Jump down the wooden sticks on the walls to land on the ground on the other side.
Then toss the exploding vase into the building’s destructible back wall.
