If you want to steal the Earth Saviour (ES) Award, you must find Sheila Holbrooke. She is located in the Spire of the Stars’ main ballroom, where she is in charge of protecting the Earth Saviour (ES) Award.
Interact with her and ask for her Claim ID. This is something not very easy to obtain. Persuasion is the only way to get her Claim ID. You can increase your chances of convincing her by drinking Paramour, Hippolyta, or Velocity. You might also utilize the Auto-persuasion option on her Claim ID.
Once you’ve obtained the keycard, proceed to the Purser Safe and get the Award.
