It is located in front of Kalona Theater at the start of the chapter. Look for a dead body near the giant hole in the road.

Once you reach the collapsed street, go downwards and walk straight up from the rubble. Enter the destroyed apartment to find the collectible on a dead body.

After meeting Tai, turn right and go behind the truck instead of following him. The collectible is on a table next to a lamp.

Before entering the library, head right to the area where you fought Locust. The collectible is next to a stack of crates.

The collectible is inside the library where Captain Grey gives his briefing. You’ll find it on a table on the right side.
