Stuck on the Security Clearance Admin puzzle? This guide shows you how to use the Data Diver to upgrade your Admin access level in Five Nights at Freddy’s: Secret of the Mimic.
Insert your Data Diver into the machine and start the upgrade. This will trigger a small puzzle where you’ll see a 3×3 grid on the screen, with each tile showing either a 0 or a 1.
The goal is to turn all the 0s into 1s by moving a cursor across the grid. Every time the cursor touches a tile, it changes the tile. A 0 will turn into a 1, and a 1 will turn into a 0. The cursor moves by itself, going from left to right, and then right to left across the grid.
In the 3×3 grid puzzle, begin by focusing on the top row. Your first task is to change all the 1s on the top row to 0s. Once the top row is set to all 0s, immediately move to the bottom row. Look for the single 0 (a lone zero) among the 1s and change it to a 1 to match the others. Refer to the image below.
Start at the top-left corner, where the bit shows 0, and touch it to flip it to 1. Move to the right, but skip the next bit in the middle-top row since it’s marked with an X. Now go down to the center of the grid (middle-middle) and flip that bit to 0. Next, head up to the top-right corner where you see another 0, and flip it to 1. Finally, move down to the middle-right cell, which also shows 0, and flip it to 1 too.
Now, at the bottom-left corner where you see a 0, flip it to 1. Then move up to the center of the grid (middle-middle cell) and flip it to 1. Now head down to the bottom-left corner where there’s another 0, and flip that one to 1 as well.
