This guide will show you where to find all of the Collectibles in the area of “Alberich Island” in God of War Ragnarok released on November 8th, 2022. There are 8 Collectibles in “Alberich Island” which is part of the area of Svartalfheim.
Note: To Access Alberich Hollow you will need the Spear (It gets unlocked from Main Mission 10: Forging Destiny).
1) Nornir Chest
The Nornir chest is on the north side of Alberich island at the location shown in the picture below. To unlock the Nornir chest, you have to hit three seals in quick succession.
Seal #1 is behind the chest as shown in the picture below. In front of the chest, you will see a crane carrying Seal #2. Hit the green portion of the crane as shown in the second picture below. This will break the crane and the seal will hang down. On the right side of the crane, you will see Seal #3 behind steel bars as shown in the third picture below. Hitting the white portion of the board near the steel bars lifts the seal momentarily. The easiest way to unlock the chest is to hit Seal #3 first, as it is the most difficult one. Hit the board 2-3 times so that Seal #3 rises to the top. Now, hit Seal #3 quickly and then hit the other two seals in quick succession to unlock the chest. Open the chest to get Horn of Blood Mead.
2) Berserker Gravestone (Asgard’s Might – Amulet Enchantment)
It is next to the Nornir Chest in the middle of the beach. To interact with it you need a story item “Inert Hilt of Skofnung” which is automatically obtained in Mission 9: The Word of Fate.
3) Favor: The Lost Treasure
Use your Spear to climb up the ledge and speak to the Wayfarer Spirit. The treasure is inside a Legendary Chest on Alberich Island.
4) Odin’s Raven
After speaking with the ghost, proceed to the end of the route.
Destroy the blue sound stones on the left and you will see Raven flying in circles.
5) Yggdrasil Rift (Lindwyrm + Gale Spark)
After killing the Raven, proceed down the path and look towards the water wheel for a boulder that you can demolish with your Spear.
This raises the grappling point, allowing you to jump across to the platform in the water. The Yggdrasil Rift can be found on this platform.
6) Lore (Treasure Map – Washed Ashore)
Head right from the Yggdrasil Rift and use the grappling hook at the end to swing to the other side. Here you will find lore (Washed Ashore Treasure Map) on the ground.
7) Odin’s Raven
Climb onto the ledge to spot another Odin’s Raven through the opening in the rock.
8) Legendary Chest (Jewel of Yggdrasil)
Toss a spear toward the glowing rock to blast it. This will free up the water wheel’s chain. Pull the water wheel’s chains. After pulling them all the way, use an axe to stop the blue cog on the right.
Jump back onto the middle platform, then hurl a spear at the glowing rock near the frozen cog to blow it up. This reveals a geyser that powers the elevator.
Return to the chains and drag them all the way down, but this time fire a purple arrow at the cog and then the axe to keep it frozen.
Return to the middle platform and use your axe to freeze the geyser. Now, jump on the elevator by the water wheel and unfreeze the geyser for the elevator to rise.
Climb all the way to the top of the area to find the Legendary Chest. This will complete the “The Lost Treasure” Favor.
