All 15 Vatican Medicine Bottles Locations | Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
This guide shows the locations of all 15 Vatican Medicine Bottles for the A Remedy for All Discovery in the Indiana Jones and the Great Circle game, which was released on December 9, 2024.
Vatican Medicine Bottle 1
The location of two medicine bottles in the courtyard is shown in the picture below. The first one is inside the tent on the east side of the fountain. Enter the tent as shown in the second picture below and you will find the medicine bottle on the table there.

Go to the north side of the courtyard and enter through the hole in the fence as shown in the picture below. Then enter the second tent on the left side to find the medicine bottle on the table as shown in the second picture below.

The location of the next two medicine bottles is shown in the picture below. One bottle is on the table on the left side of the entrance as shown in the second picture below.

After collecting the previous medicine bottle, climb up the scaffolding in front of it. Then use your whip to climb up the wall as shown in the picture below. There you will find a table with the medicine on it.

Enter the Apostolic Palace as shown in the pictures below and you will find the medicine bottle on the table right in front of the entrance.

Go to the first floor of the Apostolic Palace and enter the room as shown in the second picture below. There you will find the medicine bottle on the table on the left side as shown in the third picture below.

After entering the Apostolic Palace, take the stairs to the top floor. Then go through the door on the left side. Then turn right and enter the hall straight ahead. Open the door at the corner of the hall as shown in the second picture below. Then go down the stairs on the right side. There you will find the medicine bottle on the table at the bottom of the stairs as shown in the third picture below.

Enter the building shown in the pictures below and you will find the medicine bottle on the table there.

Go to the location shown in the picture below. Climb up the stairs as shown in the second picture below to reach the medicine bottle placed on the crate.

Go to the location shown in the picture below. Climb up the stairs as shown in the second picture below to reach the medicine bottle placed on the table.

Go to the location shown in the picture below and enter the room on the right side as shown in the second picture below. There you will find the medicine bottle on the table in the corner.

This one is available only after you have completed A Nun in Trouble fieldwork. Go to the location shown in the picture below and go through the door shown in the second picture below.
Then enter the room on the right side and climb up the ladder there. Then go straight ahead as shown in the picture below and climb up the ramp on the right side.
After reaching the floor above, go right until you reach the door. Then turn right and use your whip to jump across the gap as shown in the picture below. Then go straight ahead and turn right to find the medicine bottle on the table as shown in the second picture below.

Progress in the main story until you meet Gina inside the chapel in Apostolic Palace as shown in the second picture below.
Go through the door at the right side of the room. Then use the zipline there to reach the roof on the other side. Now walk through the cutout on the fence of the roof as shown in the picture below. Then jump down to reach the roof below, where you will find the medicine bottle in the second picture below. Also, collect the Blackshirt Uniform and Key from there as you will be needing them for the next two medicine bottles.

Wear the Blackshirt Uniform and go to the location shown in the picture below.
Go straight ahead and climb up the stairs there. Then go left and open the door on the left side as shown in the second picture below. Go inside and you will get the medicine bottle placed on the table there.

After collecting the previous bottle, turn around and go out. Then enter the door in the front. Go inside and climb up the stairs as shown in the picture below. There you will find the medicine bottle.
