Saints’ Card 1 – Santa Barbara (Prologue)
After leaving the mine, follow the mission until you get the objective “get food at the bunkhouse“. Follow Gaetano in search of dinner, and just before you go down the slope, look on the right side for a small roadside altar. Pray at the altar to get the Saints’ Card: Santa Barbara collectible.
Saints’ Card 2 – San Bernardo (Chapter 3)
In Chapter 3, head east to the chapel. You’ll find a Saint’s Card on the altar in the chapel’s courtyard.
Saints’ Card 3 – San Vito (Chapter 4)
Follow the main story and ride the horse with Isabella toward the ruins. Once you dismount for the first time to check with Gennaro and Ceaser, head southeast to find an altar across the road.
Saints’ Card 4 – Sant’Agata (Chapter 8)
Go up the path shown on the map to reach an altar at the end, where you’ll find the Saint’s Card.
Saints’ Card 5 – Sant’Eligio
Go to the north of San Celeste to find the Saint’s Card located below the bridge
Saints’ Card 6 – Santa Rosalia 12 (Chapter 12)
Follow the main story until you receive the objective “Follow the priest.” On the left wall, you’ll see a small altar. Approach it to collect the Saints’ Card.
Saints’ Card 7 – San Bartolomeo
Head to the location marked on the map to find the Saint’s Card by the side of the road.
Saints’ Card 8 – San Francesco D’Assisi (Chapter 9)
Follow the main story to advance to the objective: “Enter Lorenzetti’s Office.” Saint Card 1/1 can be found on an altar in the western part of the area.

Head to the location marked on the map to find the Saint’s Card by the side of the road. It is west of Lago Efesta.

Head to the location marked on the map to find the Saint’s Card by the side of the road.
Saints’ Card 11 – San Nicola
Head to the location marked on the map to find the Saint’s Card on the side of the mountain wall.

Head to the location marked on the map to find the Saint’s Card on the dock.
