The spot is a microscopic organism, but he acts like a dog in the game. He serves as Plankton and Karen’s loyal pet. After finishing the Wild West Jellyfish Fields world and reassembling the Chum Bucket, you’ll be able to speak with Plankton. Plankton can be found at the Krusty Krab checkpoint. Finding Spot’s Hiding Spots

There is 7 Spot’s Hiding Spot in the entire game.

1) Wild West Jellyfish Fields (Second Playthrough)

Checkpoint: Canteen Hills
Dismount the seahorse after reaching the Canteen Hills. Look for a question mark signpost beside some cactus to your left.

Spot’s Hiding Spot may not be available during the first gameplay as you may lake some ability to unlock it. At the far end on top of the ledge, you will see two stacked tikis. At this spot, you will find the Spot’s Hiding Spot.

You have two activate the button on the adjacent platform to raise the jumping platforms.

2) Karate Downtown Bikini Bottom

Checkpoint: Backlot

This is available after the inflatable pad section. You’ll get to an area with a blue truck on your left and a building on the right.

Climb up the truck and use the inflatable pad to reach the building top. Atop the building is Spot’s Hiding Spot.

3) Pirate Goo Lagoon

Go to the tilting ship, which you use to get to the treasure for the main objective, as shown in the picture below. Then ride the hoverboard under the cage on the right side to reach Spot’s location as shown in the second picture below.

Look to your right while facing the checkpoint to discover the spot’s hiding spot on a ledge. Go to the other side of the river and board the hoverboard using the inflatable pad. Then, using the hoverboard, travel to the opposite side of the river to locate Spot on a ledge.
