Resident Evil 9: Requiem has 21 Antique Coin locations. All Antique Coins are found while playing as Grace in the Care Center, and they can be used in the Parlor to unlock four different upgrades. This guide will help you find every Antique Coin in the Care Center so you can unlock each upgrade without missing any.
1) Antique Coin
The first Antique Coin is inside the Guard Office. Look on the desk in front of the computer to find it.
2) Antique Coin
Antique Coin #2 is on a table in the corridor north of the Filing Room.
3) Antique Coin
The third Antique Coin is dropped by the singing monster in the Bar & Lounge.
4) Antique Coin
The fourth Antique Coin is placed on top of the piano in the Bar & Lounge.
5-7) Antique Coin
The next three Antique Coins are also in the Bar & Lounge. They are locked inside a safe located behind the counter on the northwest side of the room. Code Location
Safe combination on Casual difficulty: Left 10: Right 80: Left 30.
Safe combination on Insanity difficulty: Right 20: Left 50: Right 30.
8-10) Antique Coin
The next three Antique Coins are inside the Parlor. You can unlock the Parlor door by using the Red Jewel found in the Unicorn Trinket Box in the Chairman’s Office.
Antique Coin #8 is on the roulette table.
Antique Coin #9 is on the bar counter.
Antique Coin #10 is inside a porcelain container behind the counter.
11-13) Antique Coin
The next three Antique Coins are inside a locked safe in the Examination Room:
Combination (Casual): Right 30 – Left 10 – Right 50
Combination (Insanity): Left 50 – Right 30 – Left 90
14) Antique Coin
Antique Coin #14 is on a table in the Waiting Room.
15-16) Antique Coin
Antique Coins #15 and #16 are locked inside a safe in the Waiting Room
17-18) Antique Coin
Antique Coin #17 is in the corridor outside the Waiting Room. Look for a table before you go upstairs to find the coin.
Antique Coin #18 is hidden inside a white vase near the stairs. Break the vase to reveal the coin inside.
19) Antique Coin
Go to the Conference Room on the second floor. Antique Coin #19 is on a white table right as you enter the room.
20) Antique Coin
Antique Coin #20 is dropped by the singing zombie in the Conference Room.
21) Antique Coin
The last Antique Coin is in the Courtyard. You can get it much later in the story, after you escape the Care Center Basement and collect all three Quartz items. In the Courtyard, look below the stairways. The coin is on the chair below the stairway.
