Trinacria 1/1 and Note 1/4
Follow the main story to reach San Celestia, where you will receive the objective to escort Isabella to the church. Exit the vehicle and start following Isabella. Once she goes up the stone stairs, look for the Trinacria near the drinking water fountain on the right.
Note is on the stone wall to the left.
Charm 1/1
While escorting Isabella to the church, you will find Charm 1 in front of Café Carnezzeria.
Newspaper 1/1
While escorting Isabella to the church, she will stop in the marketplace. You can find the newspaper on a box right beside her.
Note 2-4/4
Note 2 is on a box just in front of the church.
Note 3 is on a box to the right of the church’s stone stairs, in a shop that appears to be a flower or painting shop.
Note 4 is on a box to the left of the church’s stone stairs.
