This guide covers all collectible locations you can find in Chapter 11 of the game Mafia: The Old Country, released on 8th August 2025.

Charm 1/2 and Note 1/1
Follow the main story to reach the Tuna Factory at Tonnara. Once you exit the vehicle, start following Don Torrisi to enter the building. You will find Collectible #1 on a wooden box near the wall on the left side.
Note 1 is posted on the wooden door.
Mystery Fox 1/1
During the “Escort Don Torrisi” objective in Tonnara, Mystery Fox 1/1 can be found on the second floor of the building in the southern part of the area. Refer to the image for guidance.
Trinacria 1/1
During the “Reach Sniper Nest” objective, Trinacria 1/1 can be found above the wooden door on the dock. Refer to the map for help.
Newspaper 1/1
As you progress through the chapter, you will need to follow Leo. He will be standing near a blue gate. At this point, head to your right and enter the building to find the newspaper on the table.
Charm 2/2
Go through the blue door where Leo is standing. Once inside, immediately turn left to find Charm #2 on top of a wooden crate.
