Gu Yuehu is the second Old Friend you can encounter in the Hexi Region in Where Winds Meet. His exact location is marked on the map below. Head to the marked spot to find him standing near a few carts. This location is on a raised platform, just behind the previous Old Friend you met earlier in the area. Approach Gu Yuehu and interact with him to trigger the Old Friend encounter.
