Looking to find all the text logs in FNAF: Secret of the Mimic (SOTM)? This guide covers the exact locations of every single text log hidden throughout the game.
1) Outside the Building
At the start of the game, go to the left side of the building to find the mailbox.
2) Outside the Power Room
It is located in the hallway between the Power Room and the Security Room.
3-5) Main Hallway
There are 3 mailboxes in the main hallway area. The first one is just after you unlocked the first door.
The next one is inside the Returns room.
The third one is in the bathroom. Use the keypad to unlock the door (code: 26294), then walk through the hallway to reach the bathroom.
6) Welcome Lobby
Go to the room where you first repaired the elevator. Enter the vent near the terminal and head upstairs. Crawl through the narrow passage until you find a hole in the floor. Drop down to find the gift.
7) Showroom Lobby
It is behind the reception in the Showroom Lobby.
8) Theater
Enter the Theatre area after passing through the main hallway. Crawl through the tunnel beneath the shelves and head upstairs. On the left, you’ll see a locked door. Use Creator Permission to open it. The mailbox is on the table inside, near a gift box.
9-12) Workshop
There are 4 mailboxes in the workshop area. The first mailbox in the workshop is on the left side of the hallway.
It’s inside the room with red lights.
Go to the second floor and turn right from the head hanging from the hook to find the mail box
Open the red shutter door and turn left to find the mailbox.
13) Theater
After escaping the Doll Hospital, go to the theater. Crawl under the debris, go up the stairs, and the Mail machine is on the left.
14-15) Theater Backstage
Go to the backstage area of the theater. It’s on the left side.
It’s inside the security room at the back of the theater.
16-19) Doll Hospital
Enter Dollie Hospital, turn right, unlock the door with your Data Diver, and the Mail machine is on the left.
It is on the right side of the incinerator room.
It’s near the maintenance room in the Doll Hospital.
In the room with the Data Diver Upgrade 4 machine.
20) Loading Bay
Near the Crane Control terminal.
21-22) After Crossing Loading Bay
After the Loading Bay, open the door, turn left, and walk toward the Welcome Show and Showrooms doors. The Mail machine is just before the steps.
After the Loading Bay, go down the hallway, and enter the security room to find the mailbox.
23-24) Outside Admin Wing
Go to the opposite side of the ‘Admin Wing’ shutter to find the mailbox.
It’s near the shutter door outside the ‘Admin Wing’
25-31) Admin Wing – Lower Floor
After entering the Admin Entrance, look to the right side of the big office to find the mailbox.
Go to the left corner of the big office, and you’ll see a Mail machine next to the keypad door.
To the right of the keypad door.
In the Admin Wing office, go to the left side. Before the doorway, turn left again to find the mailbox behind some cubicles.
In the Admin Wing, go through the doorway and down the long hallway. The mailbox is inside the door straight ahead.
Right before the stairs.
Go to the other side of the stairs to find the mailbox in a corner.
32-34) Admin Wing – Upper Floor
On the second floor, go through the door on the left to find the mailbox.
Go into the vent near the last mailbox. When you come out the other side, you’ll see it.
Behind the Helpful desk.
35) Executive Office
In the Executive Office.
36) In the Tunnels
After getting the blueprint, go through the vent to a room with stairs in the middle. The mailbox is near the stairs.
37) In the Tunnels
After coming up to the first floor from the basement, enter the retail showroom and go through the hallway to find the mailbox.
38-39) Retail Showroom
Go to the retail showroom from the Welcome Lobby. The mailbox is near a door with a keypad lock.
Go to B1 through the Retail Showroom keypad door. The mailbox is in the security office door.
40-41) While trying to escape the Facility
In the True Ending, go through the bathroom and then the vents to reach a bigger room. In this room you will find a mailbox.
In the True Ending, you’ll see the Mail machine just before you reach the train ride.
42) Edwin’s House
In Edwin’s House, go through the keypad door on the second floor. Go up the stairs again, turn right, and you’ll find it near the Model Costume Manor.
