How To Unlock New Tonic Recipes
In the tonic crafting process, players start by creating Uncommon tonics marked with green borders. These green border tonics are of an Uncommon level of rarity.
After crafting the green version of a tonic several times (about five), players unlock its blue version, which is a Rare rarity.
By continuing to craft the blue tonic, players can eventually unlock the purple, or Legendary, version.
How to unlock more Tonic recipes in Destiny 2
You can unlock new Tonic recipes by making other Tonics. So, players should make a new Tonic as soon as they have the right ingredients. You need to craft five of each Tonic to unlock a stronger, more powerful version of that Tonic.
