1) Photo Op: The Roof Court
Capture a picture of the two kids having fun playing tennis.
2) Spider Bot 1/3
Spider-Bot is on the east side of the building, right above the level with the pool.
3) Spider Bot 2/3
Spider-Bot is on the north side of the building, on the brick wall.
4) Spider Bot 3/3
Spider-Bot is on the back of the billboard on top of the building.
5) Unidentified Target
The location is shown in the pictures below. Use Webwings to follow the drone until the download is 100% complete.
6) Mysterium (prison break)
Defeat all the enemies within 2:15 minutes to get Gold.
7,8) Symbiote Nests
The location of the two Symbiote Nests in the Upper East Side is shown in the picture below. They are unlocked after you have completed Main Quest 26: Trouble With Harry. Plant Sonic Bursts on the nest and then defend it from the enemies.
