Follow Uncle Aaron’s Instructions

Scan the roof and then you will have to Stabilise the Code. To do that, slightly press L2 and R2 until the two yellow circles are inside the grey boxes as shown in the picture below. Hold the yellow circles inside the boxes until the code stabilizes. Then climb on the rails or the roof and yank the panel as shown in the second picture below.

Scan for the Prowler code again. Then stabilise the code by holding the yellow circles in the grey boxes as shown in the picture below. Then climb on the roof and yank the panel, revealing a secret room behind it. Go inside and collect the Prowler Stash as shown in the second picture below.
