Gear Chest: Hidden One Dagger / Upgrade Schematic
The gear chest is located inside a locked tower in Anbar, north of the Winter Palace.
Climb the tower’s exterior wall and use a Throwing Knife to target the crane through a nearby window. This action will cause the crane to fall onto a collection of explosive vases, creating an explosion that reveals the entrance to the tower.
You may now enter the tower from the north and climb up to locate the gear chest.
