Takahashi Goro can be spotted northwest of Shokokuji Temple in northern Kyoto, Yamashiro. It is near the fast travel point. Refer to the location marked on the map.
Goro can be found in the burnt-down building just northwest of Shokokuji Temple in northern Kyoto.
