In this quest, you need to find and meet a character named Mitsuhide. He is an important NPC and you can find him at Katano Castle, which is in the area called Izumi Settsu.
To get to him, go to Katano Castle in Izumi, Settsu. Be careful—there are guards around the castle, and they are not friendly. You will need to sneak into the castle and find the building where Mitsuhide is located.
Below is the location of the building where Mitsuhide can be found. To enter the building, go around it to find an entrance under the building and crawl through a small space.
I climbed up through a hatch in the floor. Once you are inside the building, Mitsuhide will be behind a door that you can open.
