Astro’s Playroom: Grand Tourist Trophy Guide
This guide shows the location of the Special bot in the Cooling Springs in Astro’s Playroom. This riddle was released on 2nd August 2024. The remaining trophies of the DLC pack are time-locked. They will be released sequentially leading up to the release of the upcoming sequel, Astro Bot. Rescue Special Bot trapped in Cooling Springs
To rescue this special Bot, you must have completed the game and defeated the final boss. You must also be online in order to earn the trophy. Once you are ready, head to Bot Beach in the Cooling Springs as shown in the picture below.
Now you have to collect 4 Sea Stars in specific stars. The location of the four stars and the sequence you need to collect them in are shown in the pictures below. The first star is underneath the pier on the right side. Then go to the left side of the area and you will find the next star underneath the water. The third star is under a palm tree on the right side. The fourth and final star is under the water near the front wall on the left side.
Once you have stepped on the four stars in the correct order, the special bot will appear in front of the fourth sea star as shown in the picture below. The but will be caged, and now you need to rescue it.
Go to the right side of the area and remove the shell underneath the blue pipe to reveal a hidden Steering Wheel as shown in the picture below. Step on the Steering Wheel and press the “Option” button. This will open the game map. Your objective is to start driving from the Bot Beach and Return to the Bot Beach. Take the path marked by yellow lines in the second picture below. Press UP-LEFT-DOWN-DOWN-LEFT-DOWN-DOWN-RIGHT-UP-RIGHT-DOWN-RIGHT-UP-UP-RIGHT-UP-LEFT-LEFT to complete the objective and rescue the special bot.
