Looking to unlock the “Play Dead” achievement in Avowed? This guide will walk you through everything you need to do to earn the achievement and add another trophy to your collection!
Step 1: Visit Elia at Elia’ Revenant Farm
During the main quest The Animancy Method, we need to visit Elia at Elia’ Revenant Farm in the southern part of Emerald Stair.
Talk to Elia until you get the dialogue “Where do all of these corpses come from, anyway?”. Select it and then select diaglogues “Would you be interested in buying my future corpse?”
Step 2: Get Revenant Bell Collar
Keep progressing through the mission and eliminate Silvo. Return to Elia and complete the conversation. In the end, she will give you the Revenant Bell Collar as an advance payment for your eventual corpse.
Step 3: Find Necropants
Head to Tago’s Tower Beacon near Shark’s Teeth in Shatterscarp. Check the map for the exact location. Climb the ruins to discover a chest—open it to find the Necropants inside.
Step 4: Wear Necropant armor and the Revenant Bell Collar Simultaneously
Wear both the Necropant Armor and the Revenant Bell Collar amulet simultaneously to unlock the achievement!
