How To Find Thulla
Head to the Myconid Colony Teleport waypoint in Underdark to locate the runaway slave – Thulla. You’ll find Thulla lying on top of a mushroom near the teleport point.
Thulla is found injured and lying on the mushroom leaves. Engage in a dialogue with Thulla, start by inquiring about the circumstances that led to her current state and the events that brought her here. Additionally, explore the possibility of any valuable possessions she might possess. Lastly, employ your persuasion skills to encourage Thulla to yield and grant permission for a compassionate act of mercy-killing.
How To Find The Duergar Antidote
Ask Thulla how she ended herself in this position to get a Medicine check. If you pass your Medicine check, you’ll discover that there is a Duergar Antidote to treat her.
The Duergar Antidote may be found at the Decrepit Village in the Underdark. It’s plagued with Duergar Slavers, one of whom (Gekh Coal) possesses the antidote.
Gekh Coal is sitting on the second level. You can sneak up behind him and pickpocket the Antidote.
Take the antidote back to Thulla to cure her.
