Noticeboard Riddle/ Billboard Puzzle in Sumeru City | Genshin Impact 3.0

This guide shows how to solve the Billboard Puzzle in Sumeru City of Genshin Impact 3.0. To solve this puzzle, you will need to solve a series of riddles. Sumeru region was introduced in the Genshin Impact 3.0 update, which was released on 24th August 2022.


Billboard Puzzle / Noticeboard Riddle

You get this riddle by reading the Notice Board near the southern teleport waypoint in Sumeru City as shown in the pictures below.
Riddle 1: In the light of alternating day cycles, one can see the homeward figure of the lighthouse on the bridge.


Riddle 1

From the Bulletin Board, go south and jump towards the ship. Here, you will see a box under a bridge as shown in the picture below. This is the location the riddle is pointing to. Open the box to get the second riddle.
Riddle 2: A mirror not made of glass reflects every drama.


Riddle 2

This riddle is pointing to the fountain in the Grand Bazaar in Sumeru City. Open the box near the fountain as shown in the pictures below to get the third riddle.
Riddle 3: The sole path to knowledge.


Riddle 3

Travel to the teleport waypoint on the east side of Sumeru City and enter The Akademiya as shown in the pictures below. Then continue straight and enter the House of Daena. Here you will find a chest under the bridge as shown in the third and fourth pictures below. Open the chest to get the fourth riddle.
Riddle 4: The flowers in the pond are blooming, with watery pearls there lingering.


Riddle 4

Travel to the Razan Garden waypoint on the west side of Sumeru City as shown below. Then go south and jump down the cliff. Here you will find a box in the pond as shown in the second picture below. Open the chest to get the fifth riddle.
Riddle 5: Please go to the front door of the temple of knowledge at noon.

Travel back to the Razan Garden waypoint. Then climb up the ramp to reach the entrance of the Sanctuary of Surasthana. Change the time to 12:00 noon and you will find an NPC named Drusus standing there as shown in the picture below. Talking with Drusus completes the puzzle and unlocks the “I’ve got it!, I’ve got it” achievement.
