1) Chapter 1: Immobilize
You will get it automatically at the beginning of the game. This one is unmissable.
2) Chapter 1: Red Tides (Wolf Transformation)
You get this skill by defeating the optional boss Guangzhi in Chapter 1. Travel to Forest of Wolves: Outside the Forest Shrine. Then take the path going left (left direction while facing the shrine). Follow the straight path and soon it will lead you to a small wooden bridge. Cross the bridge and follow the torches. It will take you to a wooden arch, which is the entrance to the boss arena.
3) Chapter 1: Cloud Step
You will get it automatically by defeating Chapter 1 Main Boss, Black Wind King. This one is unmissable.
4) Chapter 2: Rock Solid
You will get it automatically by defeating Tiger Vanguard Boss. This one is unmissable.
5) Chapter 2: A Pluck of Many
You will get it in the secret basement underneath the Crouching Tiger Temple. Click here for the complete walkthrough.
6) Chapter 2: Azure Dust (Rock Transformation)
You get it by defeating the secret boss Man-In-Stone in Chapter 2.
7) Chapter 3: Ashen Slumber (Rat Transformation)
In Chapter 3, near the Pagoda Realm: Lower Pagoda shrine, you will see a couple of prison cells with magic purple seals. Defeat Captain Lotus Vison to unlock the cells. Inside one of the cells, you will find a prisoner. The spell can be picked from the body next to the prisoner.
8) Chapter 3: Ring of Fire
Travel to Pagoda Realm: Warding Temple shrine. Climb up the stairs next to the shrine and defeat the Macaque Chief boss there to unlock the spell.
9) Chapter 3: Ebon Flow (Tiger Transformation)
You get this spell by defeating Secret Boss Yin Tiger in the secret realm of Zodiac Village in Chapter 3.
10) Chapter 3: Spell Binder
Complete the Treasure Hunter Quest to unlock this spell
11) Chapter 3: Hoarfrost (Monk from the Sea Transformation)
Travel to New Thunderclap Temple: Temple Entrance Shrine in Chapter 3. Enter the temple and go left. There you will find a giant statue of a Buddha riding a snake. From there, take the right to enter the courtyard. Then turn left and go outside. As you approach the altar there, you will be attacked by Monk from the Sea boss. Defeat it and absorb its spirit to get the Hoarfrost Spell.
12) Chapter 3: Umbral Abyss (Macaque Chief Transformation)
You will get it by defeating Chapter 3 main boss, Yellowbrow.
13) Chapter 3: Azure Dome (Stone Monkey Transformation)
Although this is in Chapter 3, you won’t be able to get it until very late in the game. Defeat the bosses Erlang and The Four Heavenly Kings in Chapter 3 Secret Area, Mount Mei, to get the Azure Dome spell (Stone Monkey Transformation).
14) Chapter 4: Violet Hail (Worm Transformation)
You will get it by completing the Daoist Mi quest in Chapter 4.
15) Chapter 4: Golden Lining (Yellow Loong Transformation)
You will get it by defeating the secret Yellow Loong boss in Chapter 4.
16) Chapter 5: Dark Thunder (Horse Transformation)
You will get it in Chapter 5 on completing the Horse Guai quest.
17) Chapter 6: Somersault Cloud
This one is unmissable. You get it by defeating Supreme Inspector Boss
18) Chapter 6: Life-Saving Strand
Unlocked after starting New Game+
