Black Myth Wukong: How to Get Loong Scales

While playing Black Myth: Wukong, you might have noticed a waterfall in Chapter 1 or a sandfall in Chapter 2. You won’t be able to access the area behind the waterfall/sandfall until you have collected Loong Scales in Chapter 2. This article will guide you on how to get Loong Scales in Chapter 2 of Black Myth: Wukong, released on 20 August 2024.

Loong Scales Location

Location: Sandgate Village > Valley of Despair

Proceed to the Valley of Despair Shrine in Chapter 2. Go to the right of the shrine and enter the cave. Follow the path inside and drop down at the end.

Turn around to find a stone wall and break it using a powerful attack, such as the Wandering White Spirit Ability or Dust’s Final Move.

Note: If this is your first visit then you may encounter the Boss – First Prince of Flowing Sands, based on the outcome of earlier Duo-Boss fights in Chapter 2.

After breaking the wall, enter inside and loot the Loong Scales from the chest.
